Theme Interpretation:

In this game the character is stuck in a time loop and is trying to break free. Until she completes all of the objectives, and leave the Tachyon distortion field into which she is trapped, she will restart the time loop again and again and again.

But each time she will be able to see her Past Selves running around the ship as she did previously. Using this to her advantage she will be able to complete all of her objectives before the time loop resets.

But careful! If a Past Self sees the Present Self, they will void out each other, creating a Time Paradox where they stand.

In this game you are your best ally and your worst enemy. 

The theme "Here we go again" has been interpreted as We (the present and past selves) go again, over and over, to try and break free of the time Loop.
